Our industry is being taken over by bots. I don't like dealing with them as a consumer and I will never make you deal with them. A home purchase is an important transaction and I treat it as such.
I will use technology to make your process easier, Not more annoying.
Mortgages move on documentations and we use the most secure technology to make your transfer of documents as easy for you as possible. Skip the scanner. Skip the fax machine.
I will also NEVER use a Virtual Assistant making 5 bucks an hour to assist your loan
Again, I don't like it as a consumer and I won't base my business on this idea. I am well paid and I use well paid staff because your overall ease of transaction is important.
